BASELINE

BASELINE.

This class is suited for newbies. Let’s bring it back to baseline and work on the fundamental principles and movements of reformer. 

Expect 45 mins of toning and strengthening in this full body reformer class.

 

This class is not suitable for pre-natal clients unless the class is named: Baseline. Pre-natal friendly

SIGNATURE. 

This class is suited for the regular Pilates goers. 

This 45 min class will challenge your strength, flexibility and endurance.

 

Get ready to feel muscles you didn’t know existed!

Level: intermediate

POWER.

Pilates redefined, this one is for you if you want to feel stronger than ever. In this class we combine Pilates principles with heavy resistance, continuous flows to target multiple muscle groups simultanously. 

Get ready to sweat + grow.

Level: intermediate/advanced

RESTORE.

This class type is for those wanting to work on improving their flexibility, mobility + posture. In this class, we aim to lengthen + strengthen the body by flowing from one stretch to another. 

Level: mixed ability

This class combines the best parts of Barre + Reformer to creating a challenging class that you will love!

MAMA TO BE

If you’re an expecting Mum, you can attend our Baseline classes marked Pre-Natal friendly from 16 weeks. Up until 16 weeks, you can attend any class with us. Please note – all pre-natal clients must inform us they are pregnant and fill out a questionnaire prior to starting.
